Steps guide how to config to wipe user data of device using this tools
1. Run RKAndroidTool.exe and install driver and connect your power off tablet at USB port of PC while holding Volume button.
To Download allow ads pop-up just wait 5 seconds and skip
2. Right click pointer mouse on the body side of tools to show menu and select Load config
3. Browse the folder where located you download tools and select Config MK908.cfg
4. After Load the cfg extension the check box appear and select loader that same processor name of device which is you want to wipe user data.
Note! Be sure select proper loader this step for your device

5. After select you loader for your device make it select the Misc image browse this and located on download folder of tools
6. The press Run to start wiping data
Rockchips Tools V1.37 Wiper via loader 3xxx and 2xxx can use about have problem about software related problem Hang, no power, password, pattern lock , anything about software related.
