Before unlocking your bootloader some things to know..... unlocking your bootloader will void your warrnaty.

Requirements to unlocking your devices...

• you have to download and install Android SDK DOWNLOAD LINK for ADB and fastboot Download link
• Download Motorola USB Drivers Download link
• After that go to your device and enable OEM unlocking in setting > Developer options..
• Now go to your Developer options and enable USB debugging mode..
• Now go to your computer and install ADB and fastboot 
• then Open a new command window and connect your device to comouter
• Now type in command window adb reboot bootloader.
• To make that your device is in fastboot mode type fastboot devices.
• Then command will give a Device ID. if doesn't then please install the Android SDK again and reboot your device again
• once your device entered to bootloader...., then get your unlock data using this command fastboot oem get_unlock_data
• The a command window will display a string
• Next select the complete string in the command line and copy it
• Now paste the complete string in notepad and and edit it remove all the spacces out of code
• Now go to your website and search Motorola Bootloader unlock and login with your id if you have or sign up with new id .
• Now scroll down to the page that has been showed on your computer thier wil see a NEXT butoon click on that.
• Now Keep scrolling and stop at #6
• In #6 step this is where you have to paste the unlcok code that you have copied so paste the code.
• when prompted.. agree to the terms and conditions.....
• After you will see a REQUEST UNLOCK KEY button at the end of the page.To recive a unlock code click it.
• Now open your email that you you have loged in with motorola id ..
• they will send a unique unlock code for your motorola device so copy that code!!
• after that go back to your command window enter following unlock command (unique_unlock_ key)also the key that you have copied from youu email....
• after that unlocking bootloader procces will be complete 
• now can reboot your device to dot that tyoe in command window fastboot reboot.
• DONE!!!!!!! you have successfully unlocked your boot loader!!!!!!!
