The figure above is a tool i used it to Unlocked the ZTE model F160 lock on AT&T USA SIM.
After unlock the Device now is ready to put any SIM card in many country to make it call and text.
The unlock operation was easy, you need following tools and the procedure below.
1. Sigma box/Dongle Tools and software
2. Open Sigma Software>point to Qualcomm Tab
3. Connect Phone in USB Port to Computer/laptop
4. Install Drivers
5. In Sigma software Select serial PORTS called ZTE Diagnostic ports
6. Press Unlock button to unlock phone and wait 1-2 minutes operation
7. After restarting phone , Put unaccepted SIMcard and test if successful but for me never failed
