Things what you need to do to install the Android Nougat 7.0 frmware on your htc m9 device.you have download ADB and Fastboot and set up on your pc then u need to to download and install HTC Fastboot tool for Htc device Fastboot tool Download link . Then enable USB debugging mode on your device. make sure your battery percentage is 60% or 70%.make sure to backup of your important files so that you dont loose any important data of your.

Now how to install the firmware on your htc one M9
1.first copy the OTA file to your sd card or to internal storage of your phone
2.next reboot your device to recovery mode,to do that........................

• First switch of your phone.
• Next hold Power+volume down button simultaneously for 3-4 seconds
• Next use the Volume keys to Reboot to bootloader,and power button to confirm
• Next select boot to Recovery mode by hitting power button.Now your device will be in recovery mode 
• Next from recovery mode selet "Apply updates from phone storage \ SD card"
• Now locate your OTA zip file that you have copied to your Internal storage or SD card and select it to install the OTA file
• Once the installation process done 
• Reboot your device once from recovery mode!!!!!!!!
