if you open any option device is freezing or restart your call phone is dead after upgrade firmware you can't fix your device problem.
you can't fix device problem any others way.
you should flash your device use upgrade firmware. before flash or upgrade your phone firmware at first check your call phone hardware if your phone have any hardware problem fix it first then flash.
also don't forget backup your all of user data after flashing all data will be wipe so it's impotent for you.
